独活寄生汤联合来氟米特治疗肝肾亏虚型类风湿关节炎30例

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of duhuo jisheng decoction combined with lelfunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis due to liver and kidney deifciency.Methods:60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly and equally divided into the control group treated with lelfunomide orally and the treatment group treated with lelfunomide and duhuo jisheng decoction.Results:Effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%with 7 current control cases,11 excellence cases,10 effective cases and 2 invalid cases. Effective rate of the control group was 70.00% with 4 current control cases,6 excellence cases,11 effective cases and 9 invalid cases.the two groups had statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is safe and effective for duhuo jisheng decoction combined with lelfunomide to treat rheumatoid arthritis due to liver and kidney deifciency.%目的：观察独活寄生汤联合来氟米特治疗肝肾亏虚型类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对照组给予口服来氟米特治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用独活寄生汤。结果：治疗组近期控制7例，显效11例，有效10例，无效2例，有效率占93.33%；对照组近期控制4例，显效6例，有效11例，无效9例，有效率占70.00%。两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：独活寄生汤联合来氟米特治疗肝肾亏虚型类风湿关节炎安全有效。
