Objective To prepare pure 2,3,5,4"-stilbene glucosid from Polygoni Multiflori Radix by the method of Column Chromatography and high-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC). Methods 20% 2,3,5,4"-stilbene glucosid was prepared by Column Chromatography , and the pure 2,3,5,4"-stilbene glucosid was prepared by HSCCC. Results Over 99% 2,3,5,4"-stilbene glucosid was obtained. Conclusion The method had good reproducibility and the purification of 2,3,5,4"-stilbene glucosid was stability from sunlight.%目的 用层析柱分离、逆流色谱分离过程集成方法制备二苯乙烯苷纯品.方法 从二苯乙烯苷含量小于4%的何首乌提取物中,通过层析柱分离制得20%左右纯度的样品,再通过逆流色谱分离制备二苯乙烯苷纯品.结果 制得99%以上纯度的二苯乙烯苷样品.结论 方法可靠,在避光的情况下纯品稳定.
