Objective To explore the anti-fatigue and anti-oxidant effects of Chuanmingshen violaceum.Methods The high, medium and low-dose of Chuanmingshen violaceum water extract were administered to the model mice ,the influences of the herb on the swimming time, the activity of serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), urea content of weight loading swimming mice ,liver glycogen content, and the activity of the serum and hepatic super- oxide dismutase (SOD), the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the D-galactose-induced aging mice were observed. Results Chuanminshen violaceum could significantly prolong the mice's swimming time, increased the activity of serum LDH, hepatic glycogen content reduced the content of serum urea of weight loading swimming mice and increased the activity of hepatic SOD of the aging mice.Conclusion Chuanmingshen violaceum possessed certain anti-fatigue and anti-aging function.%目的 研究川产道地药材川明参的抗疲劳和抗氧化作用.方法 采取小鼠负重游泳试验,观察川明参对小鼠血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,游泳致疲劳小鼠血清尿素含量,小鼠肝糖原含量的影响以及对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠血清和肝脏组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响.结果 川明参能显著延长负重游泳小鼠的游泳时间,增加血清LDH活性,降低游泳致疲劳小鼠血清中尿素含量,增加肝糖原的储备,增强衰老小鼠肝脏的SOD活性.结论 川明参具有一定的抗疲劳和抗氧化作用.
