品管圈在提高中药饮片调配质量中的应用

             

摘要

Objective To explore the application of quality control circle(QCC) in reducing problem of the quality of Chinese herbal medicine dispensing,so as to make it safer and improve the work efficiency.Methods The theme of the activity is determined by the evaluation based on marking method.The reason for the occurrence of Chinese medicine decoction piece dispensing of quality events is found by using the fishbone diagram.Analyzing the main reason according to the Twenty-eight Law.Draw Pareto Diagram to set the goal.Check the results of the redar chart to summary activities.Results Incidence of quality events on Chinese herbal medicine slices dispensation from the 29 cases a month before improving down to 15 cases a month after improving,down 48.28% in TCM pharmacy.Conclusion That carring out QCC activity in TCM pharmacy can solve the problems in working effectively,and reduce the incidence of Chinese medicine decoction piece dispensing of oualitv events.Improve the herbalists's ability to solve practical problems in work.%目的 探讨品管圈活动在降低中药饮片调配质量事件发生率中的应用,使饮片处方调配更加安全和高效.方法 利用评价打分法确定活动主题,运用鱼骨图找出中药调配质量事件发生的原因,根据“二八法则”分析问题主因,绘制柏拉图确定改善目标,查看雷达图汇总活动成果.结果 中药房的饮片调配质量事件发生率由改善前的每月29例降至改善后的每月15例,下降48.28%.结论 开展品管圈活动,可以有效解决中药房实际工作中出现的问题,并降低中药饮片调配质量事件发生率,提高中药房人员解决工作中相关问题的能力.
