南北葶苈子的显微鉴别

摘要

目的 进行南北葶苈子的鉴别研究为葶苈子药材的鉴定提供依据.方法 采用肉眼或体式显微镜观察葶苈子性状特征;采用显微镜观察种子石蜡切片.结果 北葶苈子扁卵形,较大,另端尖而微凹,具纵沟2条,其中1条较明显,表面具颗粒状突起;粘液层厚,纤维素柱较短;南葶苈子长圆形略扁,较小,另端较平截,表面具细密的网纹突起,粘液层薄,纤维素柱较长.结论 研究发现 的南北葶苈子的显微结构差异可作为南北葶苈子的鉴别特征.%Objective To make an identification of germplasm resources of Lepidii semen and Descurainiae semen. Methods The identification of the morphological characters is observed by the naked eye or stereoscopic microscope; Microscopic identification is ovserved by paraffin section method. Results Lepidii semen is flat ovate, large, and the other end is cuspidal with apex retuse. It has two longitudinal grooves, one of which is obvious. The surface of Lepidii semen is covered with granular protuberance. It has the thickness mucus layer and the shorter cellulose column. However, Descurainiae semen is slightly flat oblong, small and the other side is relatively flat. The surface of Descurainiae semen is finely reticulate. It has the thinner mucus layer and the longer cellulose column. Conclusion These differences can be used as the identification characteristics of Lepidii semen and Descurainiae semen.
