枇杷叶总三萜酸提取分离工艺研究

         

摘要

Objective To optimize the extraction and separation of total triterpenic acid from loquat leaves.Methods The main factors such as extraction time,extraction temperature,extraction times,solvent dosage and eluent composition are investigated by single factor method.The main factors of total triterpene acid content in loquat leaves are taken as control indexes.Results The best extraction and separation process is as follows:extraction time 2 h,extraction temperature 75 ℃C,extraction times 2 times,solvent (80 % ethanol) dosage 4 times,eluent first 60 % ethanol,then 90 % ethanol.Conclusion The method is simple in operation and high in extraction and separation efficiency.It is suitable for the extraction and separation of total triterpenic acid from loquat leaves.%目的 优选提取和分离枇杷叶中总三萜酸的工艺.方法 以枇杷叶总三萜酸含量为控制指标,采用单因素法对提取时间、提取温度、提取次数、溶剂用量、洗脱剂组成等主要因素进行考察.结果 优选的最佳提取分离工艺为:提取时间2h,提取温度75℃,提取次数2次,溶剂(80%乙醇)用量4倍,洗脱剂选择60%乙醇及90%乙醇.结论 该工艺提取分离效率高、推广性强,适用于枇杷叶中总三萜酸的提取分离过程.
