应用型卓越法律人才培养模式研究

摘要

The legal education of Applied Undergraduate Colleges and universities want to cultivate the object in because of the legal profession and market challenges to adapt to market demand the implementation of law graduates and legal professional seamless docking adhere to the talent training mode of vocational guidance are the key. In this paper the current situation of the cultivation of legal talents in the application oriented Undergraduate Colleges in China is found and it is found that there is a gen⁃eral problem of vocational guidance and practical guidance in the training mode of talents. In view of this the article puts forward the three aspects the top level design the scientific design of the professional guidance of the scientific planning the specific path of scientific planning the cultivation of the professional oriented talents and the specific path to construct the practical model of the application oriented university.%应用型本科高校的法学教育欲使其培养对象在应对法律职业化、市场化挑战的过程中能适应市场需求，实现法科毕业生与法律职业无缝对接，坚持其人才培养模式的职业导向是关键。通过梳理当前我国应用型本科高校法律人才的培养现状，发现在人才培养模式上普遍存在职业导向和实践导向不足的问题。有鉴于此，提出了通过科学定位法学专业教育与职业教育的关系、科学规划职业导向型卓越法律人才培养的顶层设计、科学设计职业导向型卓越法律人才培养的具体路径三个方面来构建应用型本科高校职业导向型卓越法律人才培养模式。
