基于模糊重心的广义虚拟经济视角下人才聚集效应评判

摘要

本文以广义虚拟经济视角下人才集聚的定义及内涵为基础，建立广义虚拟经济视角下人才聚集效应的评价指标体系，进而基于模糊重心的综合评价方法，对人才聚集的多种效应进行评价，最后，得出广义虚拟经济视角下人才聚集效应的重要性排序。%In this paper, based on definition and characteristics of talent accumulation from the perspective of the generalized virtual economy, the assessment index system of talent accumulation effect is established. Further, fuzzy gravity center is introduced to evaluate the effect of talent accumulation. At last, the impor-tance of talent accumulation effect is ranked from the perspective of the generalized virtual economy.
