PURPOSE:To attain the fuzzy processing of a real time by outputting a signal to indicate a member ship function on a time axis with synchronizing to the sweep signal of a fixed cycle and executing a fixed fuzzy operation to the signal. CONSTITUTION:A member ship function circuit 31 synchronizes to a sweep signal SW of a fixed cycle and outputs a signal to indicate three kinds membership functions in implication and a premise at least on a time axis, and a fuzzy inference synthesizing circuit 34 execute a fixed fuzzy operation to the signal to indicate the membership function, synchronizes to the sweep signal SW and outputs the signal to indicate an operation result on the time axis. Thus, since the membership function is not encoded to a binary value, an operating speed becomes a high speed, and the fuzzy processing of a real time is attained.
