广义虚拟经济视角下企业网络能力的影响机制研究

摘要

广义虚拟经济背景下企业的经营环境和盈利模式都发生着巨大的变化，“构建企业网络”成为企业的新三大核心竞争要素之一。然而许多企业的网络合作实践效果却并不理想，企业网络能力是一个关键的制约因素。因此，本文以能力提升为目的，探索企业网络能力的主要影响因素，在实证分析的基础上提出了网络能力的提升策略，对企业能力理论和企业网络实践有一定的指导意义。%Under the background of generalized virtual economy, the business environment and proift model have taken place great changes, and“building enterprise network”has become one of new core competitive factors. However, the practice effect of enterprise network cooperation is unsatisfactory situation, and enterprise network capability is one of the key restrictive factors. So, based on improving capability, this paper explores the main influence factors, and put forward the capability promotion strategy. We hope this paper provide certain guiding signiifcance to the enterprise theory and management practice.
