动态光散射法的粉尘颗粒测量仪研发

     

摘要

为了测量大气环境中粉尘颗粒的浓度与粒径的信息,研制了粉尘颗粒测量仪.基于动态光散射法测量出特定波长探测光在不同粉尘颗粒质量浓度环境中的光衰变规律,拟合出烟雾粉尘质量浓度与光强变化之间的数学关系,并实时反演出实际大气环境中粉尘颗粒的质量浓度,进而研制成功粉尘颗粒质量浓度与粒径分布测量仪.研发的测量仪的浓度测量范围为0.3~10 μg/cm3.而且,根据不同颗粒粒径对不同波长的散射衰减关系,可以进一步推测出空气中不同颗粒粒径分布区域百分比的信息.本粉尘测量仪操作简单、测量时间短、测量范围广,适合于室内粉尘环境的实时测量.%The dust measuring apparatus was developed for measuring the information of the dust concentration and size distribution in the air. The experimental data of the dust concentration with the light attenuation under the special wavelength were obtained based on the dynamic light scattering. The real-time dust concentration in the air can be deduced according to the fitted mathematical relation. The concentration measurement range of the apparatus is from 0. 3 to 10 (μg/cm3. Moreover,the size distribution of dust can be deduced based on the attenuation relationship between the different size of the dust and different wavelength. The measure procedure of the apparatus is easy to operate. The measure time and range are satisfactory. The dust measuring apparatus is suited for the real-time measurement indoor.
