硅太阳能电池输出功率与负载匹配特性

     

摘要

As the characteristics of Si solar cells are constrained by conditions, the best match between output power and load resistance of Si solar cells were researched. This article designs experiments to test the influence of load resistance on output power and useful power of Si solar cells in a certain temperature range. The experimental data is to deal with through Origin software. The results show that Si solar cells output power is maximal when the load is about 1. 3 kΩ; when the load is about 1.5 kΩ, Si cells output power is stable; and Si cells power factor is the largest when the load is around 1.6S kΩ. The conclusion plays a very useful role in practical applications.%硅太阳能电池输出功率易受外界环境的影响,当负载变化时,其输出功率不能达到最优输出状态.为提高太阳能电池的利用率,实现硅电池输出功率和负载之间最佳匹配,对太阳能电池的输出功率特性进行了测试.试验中,设置一定的温度范围,通过改变负载的大小,测试负载对硅太阳能电池输出功率及其有用功率的影响,并通过Origin软件对试验数据进行拟合处理.结果表明,负载约为1.3 kΩ时,硅太阳能电池输出功率最大;1.5 kΩ左右时,硅太阳能电池输出功率稳定;负载约为1.65 kΩ时,硅太阳能电池的功率因素最大.
