基于CDIO模式的创新实验平台

摘要

After analyzing the current status and potential problems for the laboratory of college and considering personnel training ideas and training mode of CDIO engineering education reform, this paper presented a talent training objective called " innovation, capacity and actual-combat type" engineering personnel. By the self-learning organization method of "student-oriented and practice-based" ,an integrated innovative experimental platform combined of four parts based on CDIO model was built on. Its working mechanism and a series of incentives for students were discussed.%通过对高等学校实验室建设现状及存在问题的分析,结合CDIO工程教育改革的人才培养理念和培养模式,提出了“创新型、能力型、实战型”的工程科技人才培养目标,以及以“学生为主、实践为主”的自主学习组织方式,构建了基于CDIO模式“四位一体”的创新实验平台及其运行机制和对学生的激励机制.
