A circular piezoelectric ceramic bimorph was presented for a micro-pump actuator. The vibration displacement, resonant frequency, vibration mode and the harmonic response were simulated and investigated using ANSYS software. Besides, a series of optimization of the material selection, structural design and parameters of the actuator were also conducted. The simulation experiments based on ANSYS not only laid a theoretical foundation for the systemic design, fabrication and research of the piezoelectric-driven ink-jet, but also provided a favorable way for the cultivation of students' innovation and scientific research ability.%压电驱动器利用逆压电效应作为压电喷墨打印机的核心驱动装置,其结构设计及参数优化决定喷墨质量的性能优劣.基于ANSYS软件平台对双压电圆膜陶瓷振子驱动器的振动位移、7振频率、振动模态及其谐响应进行了计算机仿真研究,并对其材料选择、结构设计及其参数等进行了一系列的优化.实践表明,ANSYS仿真实验不仅为压电驱动喷射装置的系统设计、成型制造及实验研究提供理论依据,而且为学生创新能力和科研能力的培养提供了有利的平台.
