应用型本科教育的校企协同育人模式问题一直是学界研究的焦点问题之一,通过对应用型人才的培养定位分析,结合新建地方本科院校转型发展的实际,以能源与建筑学院为例,在总结过去校企结合经验的基础上,提出从人才培养过程中以学生能力养成为目标,做好校企协同育人的顶层设计,充分发挥校企合作平台的优势,从校内实训室到校内研究所最终到企业工作岗位的连续无缝衔接培养,建立企业评价考核指标体系,针对就业方向岗位需求趋势对入围企业实施动态选择与考核,在协同育人过程中加强双主体建设,在制度保障上出台系列规章制度为校企融合模式规避风险等措施.结合学校专业的改革实践成果进行了分析总结.%School-enterprise cooperative education mode of application-oriented undergraduate education has always been one of the focal problems studied by educational circles.In this thesis,the positioning of application-oriented talent cultivation is analyzed and some suggestions and opinions are brought up regarding the mode of school-enterprise fusion and cooperative education based on a summary of previous experience of the Energy and Architecture College of Xi' an Aeronautical University and the actual situation of transformation development of newly built local undergraduate universities.Aimed at students ability cultivation,we completed the top-level design of cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and gave full play to the advantages of university-enterprise cooperation platform.From the campus classrooms to the school institute,and eventually to enterprise job training,the whole process is continuous and seamless.An evaluation index system was built,the demand trend was found for the employment direction,and the cooperated enterprise were dynamically selected and evaluated.In the process of cooperative education,the doublesubject was constructed and strengthened.A series of rules and regulations on the institutional were made to guarantee for risk-aversion.
