研究生学位论文外审评阅Web系统分析与设计

摘要

研究生毕业论文外审是研究生培养过程管理的重要环节,是保证培养质量的必要手段.本文界定了Web系统的用户,分析了各类用户的需求,绘制了实体关系图,给出了数据库设计方案.该Web系统的建成,不但可以提高学位论文外审评阅管理效率,而且在学位论文质量监控方面具有很重要的意义.研究生本人在指定的时间段内,可以提交或更新自己的学位论文,邀请的外审评阅人可以在其本人的浏览器Web页面在线查看,或下载离线查看隐藏了姓名的论文全文.隐藏了学生和导师姓名的论文评阅应该更为客观.外审评阅人对论文评级和评语可以在Web页面上输入和完成.学生本人、其导师、学院或学校管理人员可以及时查看评阅结果.%The external review of postgraduate thesis is an important measure in the management of postgraduate cultivation,and is the necessary means to ensure the quality of postgraduate cultivation.This paper defines the users of the Web system and analyzes the user requirements,then draws the entities-relationships diagram,finally presents the design of database and overall system.The Web system can improve the efficiency of postgraduate thesis' s review management and ensure the qualities of postgraduate theses.Each postgraduate student can submit or update his or her thesis within a specified time period.The invited external reviewer or other related person can view it online in their own browser Web page.They can also download the full-text of the designated anonymous thesis.The name of author has been obscured in both manners.A thesis review that hides the names of students and supervisors must be more objective.Reviewers' ratings and review comments can be entered and completed on the Web page,and the student,his or her supervisor,college or university administrator can review the results in a timely manner.
