对开展营利性民办高校试点的思考

摘要

Now the China＇s higher education is in the transition of seller＇s market to the buyer＇s market.The resources of higher education are gradually enriched.The social condition for constructing for-profit university has formed.The current private university can choose the for-profit pattern,and the current educational institution can also be upgraded to for-profit university.Risk investment and foreign for-profit educational group will become the important force for the forming and development of China＇s for-profit private colleges.To avoid the harm to the students in the for-profit university,we should strengthen the quality assurance system construction of for-profit private colleges.Meanwhile,we should establish and perfect thelegal property system,tuition monitoring system and risk deposit system.%部分学历性民办高校探索营利性试点工作是顺利实行民办学校分类管理的必要条件。当前我国已经具备了开展营利性民办高校试点的社会基础。从营利性民办高校的产生途径来看,现有的民办高校可能选择营利性发展模式,一些教育集团可能组建营利性民办高校,风险投资机构和国外的营利性教育集团也将成为催生我国营利性民办高校的重要力量。
