中高等职业教育协调发展：问题与对策——基于上海的分析

摘要

The coordinated development of secondary and high vocational education is the basic project in the building of modern vocational education system. Though certain measures have been taken in various regions to promote the coordinated development of secondary and high vocational education, problems still exist. The suggestions are reforming the vocational edu- cation administration system to realize the planning management of vocational education at working level, performing systematic design of curriculum structure of secondary and high vocational education, increasing financial support for non-governmental higher vocational education, and elevating the education quality of high vocational education.%中高等职业教育协调发展是构建现代职业教育体系的基础性工程。尽管各地采取了一定的措施推进中高等职业教育协调发展，但依然存在不少问题。为此，建议改革职业教育管理体制，在业务层面实现职业教育的统筹管理；完善中、高职专业课程标准，对中职与高职的课程结构进行系统化设计；加大对民办高职院校的经费资助，提高高职院校的办学质量。
