现代城市社会治理模型构建理论方法研究

摘要

随着城市的规模化、现代化进展迅猛，提升城市社会治理水平的要求日益增强。针对当前社会治理存在问题，创新社会治理体制，构建现代城市社会治理模型，需要在认真研究相关理论论述与理论模型的基础上，总结梳理中国社会发展特别是改革开放以来社会治理的历程，从当代中国实际出发，努力探索一条以需求导向为主线，政府主导、社会自治与多元合作相结合，以制度规范为重点的创新思路。%Through theoretical analysis and models,to innovate in the social governance system and construct the social governance model,it is necessary to sum up the history of China's social development,particularly since the reform and opening up.Based on China's reality,this paper tries to explore a new way of thinking formed by a demand-oriented main line,and the combination of the government-led,social autonomy and multifaceted cooperation,as well as rules and norms.
