中国劳动力市场劳资双方议价能力测度

             

摘要

本文基于中国健康与营养调查(CHNS)数据,利用双边随机前沿分析方法,对中国劳动力市场劳资双方议价能力进行测度.研究发现:劳资双方在劳动力市场的议价能力不对等,企业拥有强势的议价能力导致职工获得的工资低于"公平"的工资水平,随着工资水平的提高,职工的议价能力越强;过去的十多年,中国劳动力市场"资强劳弱"的局面并未改变;劳动力市场的异质性会影响劳资双方的议价能力.因此,要提升职工的议价能力,为职工获得公平收入创造一个良好的环境,以增进劳动力市场的公平.%Based on the CHNS data,this paper applies the two-tier stochastic frontier model to measure the bargaining power between employers and employees in China's labor market.The results show that:firstly,the bargaining power is not equal for employers and employees,for the company with a strong bargaining power leads workers to get less than "fair" wage,while the bargaining power of workers increases with wage;secondly,over the past ten years,the situation of "strong capital,weak labor" has been not changed;thirdly,the labor market heterogeneity will affect the bargaining power between employers and employees.Therefore,bargaining power of workers should be enhanced,to create a favorable environment for the workers to get fair income,so as to promote a fair labor market.
