Taiwanese investment in Fujian fishery industry has spurred vertical and horizontal specialization and cooperation of Fujian and Taiwan fishery industry chain . The characteristics of devision of Fujian and Taiwan fishery industry chain show that the form of division is various;spatial distribution is fragmented and clustered and the cooperation of affiliated enterprise is poor.Therefore, to enhance international competitiveness of Fujian and Taiwan fishery industry, we should focus on vertical and horizontal extension of industry value chain, implement industrialization strategy union and improve risk prevention system of industry chain.%台商在闽渔业投资形成了闽台渔业产业链的垂直分工与纵向合作.当前闽台渔业产业链呈现分工形态多样性、空间布局碎片化和集群化、关联企业间合作稳定性差以及运行风险大等特征.提升闽台渔业产业链竞争力,关键在于促进闽台渔业产业链整合,包括保护渔业资源、纵向延伸和横向拓展渔业价值链、加强产销联盟和完善产业链风险防范机制等.
