In order to improve the low-temperature heating performance of frequency conversion air conditioner,the defrosting and EEV (electric expansion valve) control are optimized through experiments and data analysis.The issues of defrosting frequently under low-temperature and high-relative humidity outdoor ambient condition,and defrosting with non-frost under low-temperature and low-relative humidity outdoor ambient condition,when the tested air conditioner is operating in heating mode,are improved.During indoor temperature-rise test on the air conditioner,the time to achieve setting temperature is shorten by 50% under low-temperature and high-relative humidity outdoor ambient condition,with remarkable improvements.%为提高变频空调器的低温制热性能,通过试验和数据分析,对除霜及电子膨胀阀控制进行优化,改善被测空调器在室外低温、高湿工况下制热运行出现的除霜频繁问题及在室外低温、低湿工况下制热运行出现的无霜除霜问题,并将空调器在室外低温、高湿工况下自由温升达到设定温度的时间缩短50%,改善效果明显.
