动载下水平管中蒸汽凝结实验研究初探

         

摘要

通过地面旋转平台获得沿管径向的载荷,研究了水平管中蒸汽凝结特性。通过调节转台转速、冷却水流速和温度、蒸汽进口压力等参数,得到了静止和旋转两种状态下管中蒸汽凝结特性的一些实验数据。通过分析这些数据,获得了动载下管内蒸汽凝结的部分性能。结果表明,过载对于实验管段的进出口压力、凝结传热效果具有重要影响。%A preliminary experimental study was carried out to investigate the flow and heat transfer characteristics of condensed steam flowing in a horizontal pipe under dynamic load generated with a rotational platform. By changing parameters such as rotation speed, inlet temperature and flow rate of cooling water, inlet pressure of steam, some flow and thermodynamic date of steam condensation under both static and rotating states were obtained, and were analyzed. The results show that the dynamic load dramatically influences the condensation process of the steam in a horizontal pipe.
