延迟焦化装置加热炉空气预热系统改造可行性分析

         

摘要

After a period of time of running,the delayed coker furnace’s tubular air preheating system of a petrochemical company had the following phenomena:the air preheater flue was blocked,the heat pipe was corroded,the regulation performance became poor,the exhaust gas temperatures rose,and the heat pipe service life went shorter. To solve these problems,this paper made a technical analysis to the air preheating system,worked out its revamp plan,and carried out a feasibility analysis on the plan.%某石化公司的延迟焦化装置加热炉热管式空气预热系统在运行一段时间之后,出现了空气预热器烟道堵塞、热管腐蚀、调节性能变差、排烟温度升高和热管使用寿命降低等现象。文中对加热炉空气预热系统技术进行分析,制定出系统的改造方案,并对该改造方案的可行性进行了分析。
