防水板超声波焊接技术在石林隧道的应用

摘要

When tunnel waterproof board is connected to the geo-textile, traditional electro-heat pressurernwelder or gallus method are generally used for it, but the quality is difficult to be guaranteed. In order tornsolve such problem, ultrasonic welding process is used in waterproof board welding in Shilin Tunnel. Thernapplication results show that; with the improvement of equipment and process, the quality of waterproofrnboard welding can be guaranteed, the work can be performed efficiently, and the cost can be reducedrngreatly.%为解决隧道防水板与土工布连接传统工艺采用电热压焊器热熔焊接或吊带挂设质量难以保证的问题,云桂铁路石林隧道防水板焊接引入超声波焊接工艺,通过设备、工艺改进,防水板焊接质量得到保证,工效大幅提高,施工成本大幅降低.
