城市轨道交通用60 kg/m钢轨9号对称三开道岔的设计

     

摘要

Three-way turnout on railway is mainly used for the place where the site condition is limited and the length of turnout area needs to be shortened,such as railway ferry,hump track and other tracks for shunting operation.If this special type of turnout could be used in urban rail transit,the underground excavation area would be greatly reduced,construction costs would be effectively lowered,and lots of money could be saved.So it is worthy of popularizing.Combined with the design of three-way turnout,the key technologies such as horizontal alignment of the turnout,structure design and so on are introduced in this paper.%铁路上使用的三开道岔,主要用于地形受限、需要缩短道岔区段长度的地方,如铁路渡口、驼峰等调车作业线路.这种特殊的道岔型式,应用在城市轨道交通中,会减少地下开挖面积,有效地降低土建工程造价,节约大量的资金,具有较好的推广前景.结合三开道岔的设计,介绍道岔平面线型、结构设计等关键技术.
