电气化铁路牵引电力合建变电所母线保护方案探讨

     

摘要

Considering the features of the main wiring of the substation which is co-built not only for the electric traction system but also for the electricity system on electrified railway, and drawing lessons from the electricity system, a complete set of busbar protection scheme is proposed in this paper. And then, the paper carries out a comprehensive discuss on this scheme, including starting element, ratio restraint differential element, protection principle of bus connection protection element, auxiliary locking element, operation criterion, parameter tuning and the logic relationship in interaction. This scheme has good selectivity which can effectively avoid the incorrect protection caused by current transformer saturation in the case of external fault. While the internal fault occurs, the scheme has high sensitivity which can guarantee the reliable power supply and stable operation of both electric traction system and railway electricity system. This paper also provides reference and advice for the design of this kind of substation co-built for both electric traction system and electricity system.%结合电气化铁路牵引电力合建变电所主接线的特点,借鉴电力系统经验,提出一套完整的母线保护方案,就其中的启动元件、比率制动差动元件、辅助闭锁元件、母联保护元件的保护原理、动作判据、参数整定及相互配合逻辑关系进行全面的讨论.该方案在区外故障时能有效避免因电流互感器饱和而造成的保护误动,有良好的选择性;在区内故障时有较高的灵敏度,保证牵引供电系统及铁路电力系统可靠供电、稳定运行,为牵引电力合建变电所的设计提供了参考和建议.
