京沪高速铁路CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道长桥底座板施工技术

         

摘要

CRTSⅡ型板式轨道板在桥上支承构件是钢筋混凝土底座板,也是连续跨越大量简支梁和连续梁的结构构件.中小桥桥上底座板直接与设置在桥台两端路基中的常规端刺连接,其施工工艺简单可靠,而长桥底座板施工工艺复杂而繁锁.施工前要进行底座板施工单元的划分,临时端刺区、常规区、后浇带的设置,底座板纵连张拉,各浇筑段施工顺序的确定,钢筋搭接后浇带关键施工技术的验证.通过对京沪高速铁路CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道长桥底座板施工工艺研究、施工工艺优化验证,为CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道总结出了一套成熟的长桥底座板施工工艺.%The base board is a supporting member used for CRTS- II slab track upon a bridge, also serves as a structure member spanning through simply supported girder or continuous girder. The base board upon a medium bridge or small bridge is often directly connected to the conventional end-spurs embedded into the subgrade at both ends of bridge abutments, and its construction technology is relatively simple and reliable. But upon a long bridges, the construction technology of the base board is very complex. Before construction, the construction units of the base board should be divided; the temporary end-spurs zone, common zone and the late-poured zone should be planned; the longitudinal connection should be tensioned; the construction procedure of each concreting section should be confirmed, and the key construction technology of late-poured zone by re-bar splicing should be verified. Through these research and optimization and verifying for construction technologies of long bridge base board of CRTS- E slab ballastless track of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway, the author has summarized a set of mature construction technologies for long bridge base board of CRTS-H slab ballastless track.
