重载无砟轨道铁路隧道基底加固技术研究

     

摘要

This paper was based on the project of Middle and Southern Shanxi Railway, which is the first heavy-haul coal transport channel of ten thousand tons with e0-t axle load in China. After analysis on the disease mechanism of tunnel foundation bases of existing heavy-haul railways, this paper developed the treatment principle of tunnel foundation base in combination with geological features of this project, and then proposed strengthening schemes, process control and inspection standards for both soil strata and rock strata, in the hope of providing stable operating foundation for heavy-haul railways, especially for ballastless-track railways, so as to reduce diseases on tunnel foundation base.%以国内第一条e0t轴重的重载万吨煤运通道---山西中南部铁路通道工程为依托,在分析既有重载铁路隧道基底病害产生机理的基础上,结合本工程的工程地质特征,制定了隧道基底处理的原则,提出土质地层和石质地层的加固方案、工艺控制及效果检测标准,为重载铁路的运营,尤其是无砟轨道线路提供稳固的运行基础,减少隧道基底病害的发生。
