基于编码器的轨道里程记录系统设计

     

摘要

为了获得在轨道缺陷检测过程中检测出的有缺陷图片的精确里程信息,方便确定缺陷所在位置,设计一种双单片机控制的记录轨道里程值的系统,详细论述前置增强型单片机对编码器输出的脉冲信号鉴相,四倍频细分,并根据预设图片高度输出脉冲信息,后置8052单片机根据获得的脉冲信息记录脉冲个数并计算里程值,最后通过串口将计算所得数据上传至工控机。使用C++Builder编写的上位机控制软件对数据处理调用,以显示每张图片所表示的里程值。运行结果表明,该设计在记录并显示里程过程中,速度响应迅速,精度大大提高并且准确稳定。%In order to determine the location of defective tracks conveniently, defective pictures detected should have accurate mileage information. This paper designs a track mileage recording system with double single-chip microcomputer control, describes in detail single chip microcomputer performing phase demodulation and frequency division, and outputting pulse information according to the height of the default images. 8052 single-chip microcomputer records pulse information according to the number of pulse and calculates the range value, and finally the data is uploaded to the industrial computer. C++Builder is used to write PC control software to handle and call data, and display mileage value of each image. The design proves very quick in recording and displaying with high accuracy and stability.
