高速铁路有砟道床质量评价指标优化方法研究

         

摘要

Ballasted track is one of the most important type of track structures used in Chinese high-speed railway. Evaluation of ballasted bed quality is the focus during the construction of new railway lines and the daily maintenance of railway maintenance departments. In this paper, the correlation relationship of ballasted bed lateral resistance, longitudinal resistance and supporting stiffness in current norms are studied through field test, and then the experimental results are analyzed with linear regression. A quantitative method for analyzing the correlation of each evaluation index is proposed based on Pearson correlation mathematical model. Finally, testing equipment and testing method for critical ballasted bed quality evaluation are optimized based on analysis results. The results show that the correlation relationship between ballasted bed resistance and supporting stiffness is not obvious, but that between lateral resistance and longitudinal resistance is very positive. Therefore, this paper suggests using the single index of lateral resistance instead of both lateral resistance and longitudinal resistance to evaluate high-speed railway ballasted bed quality when setting relevant norms, with which the quality evaluation system of ballasted bed is optimized.%有砟轨道是我国高速铁路所采用的最主要的轨道结构形式之一,有砟道床的质量状态评价是新建线路及铁路工务部门在日常养护维修工作中关注的重点。通过现场试验,对现行规范中道床纵向阻力、横向阻力及枕下支承刚度3项道床质量状态评价指标的相关性进行研究,通过一次线性回归对实测结果进行分析。并基于Pearson相关性数学模型,提出各项评价指标相关性的量化分析方法。最后基于分析结果,对有砟道床质量状态关键评价指标中道床阻力的测试设备及测试方法进行优化。研究结果表明:道床纵、横向阻力之间呈现了较强的正相关关系,而道床阻力与支承刚度间的相关性并不明显。因此,建议相关规范在确定高速铁路有砟道床质量评价标准时,考虑采用道床横向阻力一项指标代替道床纵、横向阻力两项指标,以优化有砟道床评价体系。
