铁路既有线测量设计一体化技术的研发与实践

     

摘要

针对既有线常规测量方式不能重构既有线、提供中线理论坐标,无法满足CPⅢ铺轨的问题进行研究.采用兼顾轨道平顺性的最小二乘拟合优化法、拟合理论直线边构架既有线理论中线的控制桩法、基于设计要素阀值的曲线整正法、利用法向趋近重合法计算测点中线理论里程、归化里程获取设计接口数据法重构既有线.研制“全站仪数据自动采集系统”以及“既有线勘测设计一体化处理系统”,实现提供既有线设计中线理论坐标的目标,形成从外业测量到内业自动化设计的一套完整的理论方法与技术体系,经工程验证后得到推广应用.%The paper focuses on the failure of the conventional measurement method to reconstruct existing railway lines and provide theoretical center line coordinate for CPⅢ track-laying.With track-smoothness-oriented least square optimization method,with the control pile method fitting the theoretical straight line to construct existing theoretical centerline,with curve integral method based on basic design element threshold value,with the center line mileage of the survey point calculated by overlapping normal direction through model of circulation approach and with the data of designing interface obtained by interpolation of center line mileage,the existing railway line is reconstructed.A set of total station automatic collection data system for theoretical coordinates of railway center line and an integrated survey and design processing system are developed to fulfill the target to provide the theoretical centerline coordinate for existing line design.A complete set of theory methods and technology system are formed based on field measurements for office automatic design,which is verified by engineering practice and widely used.
