控制图在地铁车辆质量管控中的应用

The control chart is the core of Statistic Process Control (SPC), the control chart can be divided intomeasurement control chart and counting control chart. The P chart is used for real-time monitoring and evaluation of the process and assembly quality of subway cars, so that the overall quality of the vehicle can be controlled.%统计过程控制（SPC）的核心是控制图，控制图分为计量型控制图和计数型控制图。应用计数型控制图中的p控制图对地铁车辆的装配工序质量进行实时的监测与评价，从而使车辆的总体质量得到有效控制。
