公铁两用车转向架车轮结构优化设计

         

摘要

根据我国铁路车辆车轮的相关标准,设计出满足强度要求的公铁两用车转向架车轮的初始尺寸,利用APDL语言建立了初始车轮的参数化模型,采用ISIGHT软件集成ANSYS的方法,以车轮的最大Von Mises等效应力和相应的几何尺寸为约束条件,以车轮的质量为目标函数,采用ISIGHT中的粒子群算法对初始车轮进行了优化,优化结果令人满意.该方法对转向架其他结构优化具有一定参考价值.%In this paper, according to the relevant standards of China's railway vehicle wheels, designed to meet the strength requirements of the wheels for the initial size.The parametric model of the initial wheel was established using APDL language and isight software integrated ANSYS method, based on the wheel's maximum Von Mises equivalent stress and the corresponding geometric dimensions as constraints, the wheel's mass as the objective function.The initial wheel was optimized by PSO algorithm and the result was good.This method has a certain reference value for other structural optimization of bogies.
