预制内锚头新型锚索锚固效果试验研究

         

摘要

为了提高高路堤、深路堑边坡锚固系统耐久性以及锚固效果,研制了一种新型预制内锚头锚索,对内锚头长度分别为250,500,1000 mm的新型锚索(NY250,NY500,NY1000型)及传统压力集中型锚索进行室内足尺模型试验.试验结果表明:NY250型锚索的最大承载力比传统压力集中型锚索提高了3.572%;预制内锚头尾部注浆体压应变达到峰值,且拉拔荷载越大,应变越大;传统拉力集中型锚索最大压应变是NY250型锚索的1.16倍;从预制内锚头尾部0.50~0.75 m处到锚索锚头区间内的注浆体压应变幅值较低,且基本保持小幅微减趋势.%In order to improve the durability and anchorage effect of high embankment and deep cutting slope anchorage system,a new type of anchor cable with prefabricated inner anchor head was developed. The indoor full-scale model tests for the new anchor cables ( NY250,NY500 and NY1000) with prefabricated anchor heads which length are 250,500 and 1000 mm and the traditional pressure concentrated anchor cable were carried out. The test results show that the maximum bearing capacity of NY250 anchor cable is 3. 572% higher than that of traditional pressure concentrated anchor cable.The compressive strain of the grouting body at the tail of the prefabricated inner anchor head reaches its peak value, which increases with the drawing load increasing, the maximum compressive strain of the traditional tension concentrated anchor cableis 1. 16 times that of the NY250 anchor cable. The compressive strain amplitude of grouting body is small in the section,which starts from 0. 50~0. 75 m of the tail of prefabricated inner anchor head to the anchor head of anchor cable, where a slight decrease trend could be maintained.
