HGCZ-2000型换轨车及其运用

摘要

HGCZ-2000型换轨车是我国为适应新形势下铁路大修发展而自主研制的新一代无缝线路钢轨更换设备,集钢轨更换、扣件回收于一体.整车能够在210 min天窗内对2.5 km无缝线路钢轨予以更换,并能同步回收旧铁制扣件,有效提高了作业效率和质量,降低了劳动强度和安全风险.本文主要介绍了HGCZ-2000型换轨车的基本结构布局、功能原理以及现场运用情况,为该车在大修换轨领域的推广应用提供参考.%The HGCZ-2000 rail replacement vehicle is a new generation of continuous welded rail replacement equipment developed by China in order to adapt the new development situation of railway overhaul.The vehicle can replace 2. 5 km continuous welded rails in 210 min, at the same time collect primitive iron fasteners. It improves effectively operation eff iciency and quality,reduces labor intensity and safety risk. This paper mainly introduced the basic structure and layout, function principles and field application of HGCZ-2000 rail replacement vehicle, which could provide reference for the popularization of HGCZ-2000 rail replacement vehicle.
