边坡清筛机侧犁防碰撞技术研究与应用

         

摘要

When the ballast shoulder cleaning machine works on the ballast track,the sid e plough must be beyond the bound of track for shaping clean ballast.Therefore,it is easy to occur collision accidents of catenary pillars and other facilities on both sides of the track.In view of this problem,a set of technical scheme and f ield loading application method for side plough anti-collision device were put forward.In this scheme,a wireless ranging sensor with barrier identif ication function was used to detect the distance of the catenary pillar,the cord and the angle sensor were used to measure the extension of side plough beyond the bound.The field tests show that the side plough anti-collision device can realize four obstacle avoidance warning levels,including that no alarm,intermittent alarm, continuous alarm and automatic stop.The device effectively prevents damage of catenary pillars and other facilities from side plough,and this device function is not affected by dust and other environmental factors.%边坡清筛机对铁路有砟轨道进行道床清筛作业时,其侧犁必须超出限界对干净的石砟进行坡度整形,容易发生侧犁碰撞线路两侧接触网支柱等设施的事故.针对此问题,提出了一套侧犁防碰撞装置的技术方案和现场装车应用方法.该方案采用了具有障碍物标识功能的无线测距传感器检测侧犁与接触网支柱等设施的距离,采用了拉绳和角度传感器测量侧犁超限界的外伸量.现场试验表明,所设计的侧犁防碰撞装置能实现不报警、断续报警、持续报警、自动停车4个避障预警等级,有效防止侧犁碰坏接触网支柱等设施的意外事故.装置功能不受尘土等环境因素影响.
