大跨径预应力混凝土连续箱梁悬臂浇筑施工过程中,施工控制是个复杂的动态系统工程,是实现大桥成桥线形、内力满足设计要求的重要手段。结合赣韶铁路莲花村特大桥施工控制实践,阐述了悬臂浇筑施工过程中的施工控制原理、方法和分析计算理论。使全桥3个合龙段的合龙轴线误差、标高误差、成桥线形均在设计允许误差范围内。并克服了高强度混凝土水化热产生的龟裂和强度损失的现象。%For long-span continuous prestressed concrete box girder cantilever placement and construction process, con- struction control is a complex dynamic system engineering, an important measure to achieve the design requirements of bridge alignment, internal force. In combination with GanShao Railway ZQ-lstandard the Lianhuacun special bridge con- struction control practices, the control principle of the cantilever pouring construction process of construction, methods and analysis of computing theory are elaborated. The axis error, elevation error, bridge line of three closures of the bridge is with in the design of the allowable error range which overcome the phenomenon of cracking and strength loss of heat of hy- dration of high-strength concrete.
