预应力混凝土梁双孔同步穿棒研究与施工

摘要

This paper studies the construction technology of punching rod for rubber rod pore-forming according to the actu-al production requirement.To improve the efficiency of production,the double-hole synchronous punching rod with machin-ery is adopted instead of the traditional artificial punching rod.Then,the paper analyzes the distribution characteristics, mechanical characteristics and working principle of prestressed conduit as well as the equipment manufacturing and con-struction method of use,it has proved that the research is successful and feasible after practice.%结合现场实际生产需要对橡胶棒成孔穿棒施工工艺进行研究，为提高工艺生产效率，由传统人工穿棒到机械双孔同步穿棒，分析了预应力孔道分布特点及机械特点和工作原理及设备制作与施工使用方法，通过施工实践证实本研究是成功可行的。
