预应力连续梁悬浇线性计算与线形施工控制

     

摘要

Jinan-Xuzhou Highway to Yutai-Jining section of Liangji Canal Bridge girder was construted by hanging basket cantilever.In the construction process,based on the fine structure planning and standardized management,the paper used MIDAS /civil to calculate and analyze continuous modeling linear.Combined with the elevation of the construction process, stress and temperature monitoring data,it made the theoretical calculation and the actual construction of linear error meet the design requirements and specifications,and summarized stress theory value and measured value of deviation of the main reason and analyzed main girder stress state in construction period in each section.It can be a reference for the same type of engineering construction.%济(南)徐(州)高速公路济宁至鱼台段梁济运河特大桥主梁采用挂篮悬浇施工,在施工过程的精细组织策划和规范管理基础上,通过采用 MIDAS /Civil 连续梁建模线性计算分析,结合施工过程高程、应力及温度监控数据,使其理论计算与实际施工线形误差满足设计及规范要求,并总结应力理论值与实测值偏差的主要原因,分析在施工周期中主梁各个截面的受力状态,可为同类型工程施工参考借鉴。
