By the combination of the portable handset PDA and the stationary workstation terminals, the process data and failure data during EMUs maintenance were acquired and recorded in real-time to implement the security control of maintenance process, improve the standardization and normalization of first-level inspection for EMUs. and increase the efficiency of schedule and execution. This paper introduced the intelligent portable terminals, its functions, application situation, practical experience and value added in EMUs-MIS.%本文通过便携式移动手持终端与固定式工位终端功能互补和业务协同,实时获取和记录检修的过程数据和故障数据,实现了作业过程的安全控制,提高了动车组一级检修作业的标准化、规范化水平,检修调度和作业效率.并介绍了手持终端在动车管理信息系统中的业务功能、进展情况、使用经验和应用价值.
