冷却速率对齐鲁滚塑树脂结构和性能的影响

摘要

利用差示扫描量热仪（DSC）、偏光显微镜（POM）等分析手段，研究了冷却速率对滚塑树脂DNDB7149U结构与性能的影响。随着冷却速率的提高，材料的结晶尺寸逐渐减小，结晶度降低，刚性降低，韧性提高。%Effect of cooling rate on structure and properties of DNDB7149U resin for rota- tional moulding was studied by means of differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and polarizing optical microscope (POM) and etc. analysis methods. Results showed that the size of crystal, crystallinity and the stiffness of DNDB7149U reduced, but the toughness of DNDB7149U improved with the increasing of cooling rate.
