论自由价值观与实现人的创造性幸福

摘要

自由既是全人类的共同价值,又是社会主义核心价值观的重要组成部分.创造性幸福,是具有创造性的或有所创造的生活的幸福,也就是取得了创造性成就的幸福.实现创造性幸福,一方面需要人们最大限度地追求自由,激发和提高自身的创造性潜能;另一方面,国家要通过建设民主法治社会给人们提供最大限度的自由空间.当社会和个人对自由价值的追求形成共鸣、共振和共生之时,创造性幸福才能得以完满实现.%Freedom is the common value of all mankind and an important part of the socialist core value.It also is an extremely important core value of the Chinese contemporary society.Creative happiness is the happiness of a creative or created life, in other words, it is the happiness that accomplishes creative achievements.To achieve creative happiness, on the one hand, one has to pursue one''s own happiness to the greatest extent and stimulate and enhance one''s creative potential.On the other hand, the government has to provide people with the maximum free space possible by structuring a democratic society that operates under law.Only when one''s pursuit of freedom and values achieves resonance with the society, can one''s creative happiness be fully realized.
