背景的情绪属性对恐惧面孔早期加工产生影响，但场景主旨的含义属性与恐惧刺激加工的关系并不清楚。以门和蛇的合成图片探讨不同任务的场景主旨加工及与其中恐惧刺激加工相互影响的脑机制，结果发现场景主旨信息对恐惧刺激加工存在影响。P1波幅的恐惧主效应显著，场景主旨的早期加工受到刺激图片恐惧属性的影响。N2在场景上主效应显著，即N2受到刺激图片情绪属性和实验任务的共同影响。%Recent evidences indicated that the cognition of scene could influence the processing of fear stimuli. The processing of scene includes perceptual,emotional and semantic levels. The present study investigated the brain mechanism of the processing of semantic scene and the relationship between semantic scene and fear stimuli embedded in it. The experiment materials included the pictures of snake in a door,door pictures,and snake pictures. This study found that the early processing( P1 component)was related to emotional and semantic levels of materials,but independent to experimental tasks( door,watching or snake task). N2 component was related to not only the emotional and semantic levels of materials,but also the experiment tasks. N2 maybe indicated an inhibitive adjustment in the processing of fear stimuli.
