Avian infectious bronchitis (IB)is a highly contagious respiratory disease.The genome of avian infectious bronchitis virus (IBV)is highly variable and its serotypes are multiple and cross protection between different sero-types is poor,which lead to immune failure frequently.Hence,it is very important to disclose the pathogenic mechanisms of IBV.Interaction between virus and the host immune system is a new focus in studying the patho-genesis of IBV,especially the first line of host defense against pathogens,the innate immune system,which play a central role in determining the outcome of infection.The research progress in host innate immune response to IBV infection was focused on pattern recognition receptors,I-interferon,cytokine and chemokine,innate immune cells and complement system in the present review in order to provide information for the study of IBV pathogenesis and prevention and control of IB.%鸡传染性支气管炎(IB)是一种具有高度传染性的病毒性呼吸道疾病,其病原鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)基因组高度变异,血清型众多且交叉保护性差,常导致免疫失败,因此深入研究其致病机制具有重要意义。病毒与宿主免疫系统的相互作用是研究 IBV 致病机制的热点,其中作为机体抵御病原体入侵第一道防线的天然免疫是决定疾病发生与否的关键因素。论文从模式识别受体、Ⅰ型干扰素、细胞因子与趋化因子、天然免疫细胞和补体系统五个方面对 IBV 感染诱导宿主的天然免疫应答研究进展进行综述,为 IBV 的致病机制研究和 IB 防控提供参考。
