凝固酶阴性猪葡萄球菌的分离鉴定及耐药性研究

             

摘要

To isolate and identify the Staphylococcus causing swine endometritis and perform research on its pathogenicity and drug resistance so as to provide the basis for clinical use,a strain of Gram-positive coccus was isolated from the endometritis liquor puris of the diseased swine.Base on its morphological and biochemical characteristics animal trials,the sequence of 1 6 S rRNA,and analysis of system evolutionary tree,it was identified as coagulase-negative Staphylococcushyicus.The results from the tests of drug sen-sitivity and drug resistance genes showed that the bacteria are high sensitive to amikacin,doxycycline,pen-icillin and other 1 1 kinds of antimicrobials,intermediate sensitive to gentamicin,levofloxacin,vancomycin and other 6 kinds of antimicrobials,completely resistant to treptomycin and other 1 2 kinds of antibiotics. In addition,it had 3 drug resistant genes including aminoglycosides,chloramphenicol,sulfonamides, which proved that this strain was a multi-resistant Staphylococcus.The sensitive drug selected by drug sensitivity test may be used for clinical treatment of swine endometritis.%分离鉴定引起猪子宫内膜炎的葡萄球菌并进行致病性和耐药性研究,为临床用药提供依据。从子宫内膜炎发病猪子宫脓液中分离获得1株革兰阳性球菌,根据细菌形态、生化特性、动物实验、16 S rRNA序列测定及系统进化树分析,确定该分离菌株为凝固酶阴性猪葡萄球菌,为条件性致病菌株。药敏试验和耐药基因检测发现,该菌含有氨基糖苷类、氯霉素类、磺胺类的3个耐药基因,对阿米卡星、强力霉素、青霉素等11种药物高度敏感,对庆大霉素、左氟沙星、万古霉素等6种药物中敏,对链霉素等12种药物完全耐药,说明该分离株具有多重耐药性,治疗母猪子宫内膜炎应建立在药敏试验基础上,有针对性选择高敏抗菌药物。
