青蒿多糖对免疫抑制小鼠免疫器官的影响

             

摘要

The study was carried out to investigate effects of herba Artemisia annua polysaccharides (HAAP)on immune function in immunosuppressed mice.The mice were divided into 6 groups.GroupⅠwas the control,in which animals were intraperitoneally injected with physiological saline;from groupⅡto Ⅵ,the animals were intraperitoneally injecte with Cy to induced immunosuppressed model.HAAP were intraperitoneally injected at 25,50,100 or 150 mg/kg dose per day for 7 days from group Ⅲ to Ⅵ re-spectively.The thymus index and spleen index were measured.The histological changes in thymus and spleen were observed.The results showed that HAAP could increase the spleen index of immunosup-pressed mice induced by Cy.The histological observation showed that HAAP could improve the structures of thymus and spleen damaged by Cy.%为观察青蒿多糖(herba Artemisia annua polysaccharides,HAAP)对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的调节作用,将小鼠分为6组,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ组用环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,Cy)作用于小鼠建立免疫抑制模型,Ⅲ~Ⅵ组分别用4个终剂量的青蒿多糖(25、50、100、150 mg/kg )给模型小鼠腹腔注射,在给药7 d后测定小鼠的免疫器官指数,并对胸腺、脾脏进行组织学观察。结果表明,HAAP 可提升 Cy 所致免疫抑制小鼠的脾脏指数,对胸腺指数无明显影响;组织学观察显示 HAAP 对 Cy 引起的小鼠脾脏和胸腺的结构损伤有一定的修复作用。提示 HAAP 可以通过增强免疫器官的功能缓解环磷酰胺对小鼠免疫系统的抑制作用。
