长期服用复方丹参滴丸对老年急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后左室重构及炎症因子水平的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effects of long-term administration of compound Danshen dripping pills on the left ventricular remodeling and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.Methods:120 cases of acute heart failure were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.All patients were given routine preoperative medication,the patients in the control group were treated with aspirin enteric coated tablets and clopidogrel,while the patients in experimental group were treated with Danshen dripping pills on the basis of control group.Then the serum levels of amino terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP),intedeukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the left vascular end diastolic diameter (LVEDd),interventricular septal thickness (IVS) and left ventricular diastolic end diastolic diameter (LVD) were detected by the doppler ultrasound cardiac figure.Results:Compared with before treatment,the serum levels ofNT-proBNP,IL-6 and IL-8 decreased in both groups after treatment (P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum levels ofNT-proBNP,IL-6 and IL-8 in the experimental groups were lower (P＜0.05).Compared with before treatment,the LVEDd,IVS and LVD decreased in the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the LVEDd,IVS and LVD in the experimental group were lower (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Long-term use of compound danshen dripping pills could significantly inhibit the left ventricular remodeling after acute myocardial infarction in elderly patients with PCI,which could be relate to the reduction of serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels.%目的:探讨长期服用复方丹参滴丸对老年急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后左室重构及炎症因子水平的影响.方法:收集我院收治的的120例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组60例.所有患者均行经皮冠状动脉介入术,术后对照组患者给予阿司匹林肠溶片和波立维治疗;实验组患者在对照组基础上给予复方丹参滴丸治疗.观察并比较两组患者治疗前后血清氨基末端脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)、多普勒超声心动图[左舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、室间隔厚度(Ivs)、左室舒张末期内径(LVD)水平]、血清白介素-6(IL-6)以及白介素-8(IL-8)水平.结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的血清NT-proBNP、IL-6、IL-8、LVEDD、IVS、LVD水平均下降,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者的NT-proBNP、IL-6、IL-8、LVEDD、IVS、LVD水平较低,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:长期服用复方丹参滴丸能够明显抑制老年急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后的左室重构,这可能与其降低血清IL-6、IL-8水平有关.
