针对功能的多样性、精度与集成度的提高以及校准软件的缺乏等造成板卡校准工作不能正确展开的问题,以4款板卡的校准为例,探讨了板卡校准的步骤和校准的软硬件需求.在分析仪器控制技术、校准流程和校准任务的基础上,提出了“校准引擎+校准数据库+校准插件”的新校准软件开发架构,并介绍了其组成和实现中采用的关键技术.此校准软件已成功应用到工程中,为板卡校准工作提供了有效的技术手段.%Aiming at the issues of the diversity in functions, improvement in precision and integration, and lack of the calibration software, that make the calibration of modules cannot be operated normally, with the calibration for four kinds of modules as example, the procedures and requirements of hardware and software for module calibration are investigated. On the basis of analyzing instrument control technology, calibration process and calibration task, the new calibration software developing framework "calibration engine + calibration database + calibration plug-in" is proposed, and its composition and critical technologies in implementation are introduced. This calibration software has been applied in engineering project and provides effective technical measure for module calibration.
