地源热泵远程监控系统的设计与试验分析

         

摘要

The monitoring and control system of the ground source heat pump is able to enhance the automation level, and provides data support to well analysis the operation status of the pump units and equipment performance, this is the basis for detecting energy consumption of the buildings and evaluating energy saving. On the foundation of the research on the features of GSHP system, the remote real-time monitoring system is designed based on industrial Ethernet for implementing remote monitoring of the GSHP units. The experimental data of different time period and the system performance are analyzed specifically. The result of application shows that the system runs stably and reliably; features high automation level and energy saving effect, and offers directly perceived monitoring pages of display.%地源热泵远程监控系统不仅能提高其自动化水平,也为分析地源热泵机组运行状态及设备性能提供数据支持,为建筑能耗检测和节能评估分析提供依据.在对地源热泵系统特点及工作原理进行研究的基础上,设计了基于工业以太网的地源热泵远程实时监控系统,实现了热泵机组的远程监控,并对不同时段的试验数据与系统性能进行了具体的分析.应用结果表明,系统运行稳定可靠、自动化控制程度高、监控页面显示直观且节能效果明显.
